CODAPSO learned, according to several sources has 15h GMT on return of Sahrawi militants in the city of Laayoune: Mr Sidi Mohammed Daddach president of CODAPSO, Mr Ahmed Soubaii, a member of Alliance de la protection des prisonniers, Mr: EL Arbi Massoud membre du CODESA,Mr: Brahim El Ismaili président du comite de la Protection de la Mémoire Sahraouie. Qui ont étaient objet d'une arrestation arbitraire le Mardi 06/10 /2009, vers 16 :00 GMT, dans le point du control de la frontière entre le Sahara Occidental et la Mauritanie. Et depuis lors on a perdu tous contacts avec eux jusqu'au Mercredi 07/ 10 / 2009 vers 01H 48 mns GMT après un appel téléphonique de l'appart du Mr Sidi Mohammed Daddach président du CODAPSO qui nous a mis en courant de tous ce qui c'est passé durant leurs détention arbitraire dans ce point de control, car ils ont subis une terreur psychique et morale de l'appart des membres de sécurité Moroccan detention for 10 hours especially since these security officers have confiscated all the papers of these activists, their mobile phones, and their passports as they were forced to return the occupied territories with a use of force in order not to participate in a forum organized in the liberated territories (area Degja / Dajla) has about the subject of Western Sahara, and because of their views on political and human situation in the zone occupied by Morocco and across the Western Sahara .
