President ASVDH, Mr. Brahim Dahanne, informed us by telephone that their plane landed at the airport Mohamed V in Casablanca, Morocco at 13:27 (GMT). He was accompanied by the group advocates the rights of the Sahrawi people and who have been visiting camps between Sahrawi refugees on 23/09/2009 and the 08/10/2009. These are
activist Ms LACHGAR Degja member of the executive of the same Association, formerly extirpated Qalaet Megouna, had spent 11 years of enforced disappearance, had gone through several detention centers between 1980 à1991 Moroccan, Mr Hammadi Nassiri Chairman of the committee for defense of human rights in Smara member of the association, Mr. Ali Salem Tamek Secretary General of CODESA TAROUZI Ihdih member of the ODS and Saleh Lebaihi member of CODESA.
At 13: 37 (GMT) we phoned again to say that not far from the plane a few police cars and can be arrested. Since that time we lost all contact with him.

COMUNICADO
El comite denuncia el arresto of seven human rights activists who visited the Saharawi refugee camps at the foot of the plane that took them back to Casablanca by order of the trial judge in that city and were placed under arrest by the Moroccan security groups before being presented to Moroccan occupying the courts of this fact is but another way to show that the Moroccan regime violates all international agreements on human rights.
The committee to the inhuman and illegal act calls upon all international organizations concerned with the, principles of human rights in solidarity with those arrested and to pressure the Moroccan regime for their immediate release as well as garantizar la librtad de movimiento de los saharauis en las zonas ocupadas.
