Saturday, February 6, I was at the awards ceremony at the Sports General Council of Aveyron.

The opportunity to bring in the right mood cream Aveyron athletes and local politicians, and what with the presence of the local press. Every athlete has

got a nice tracksuit, and a nice check for his service to the country! ;-)

Side kayaking, there was Gael Kernin (MJC Millau Club CK), Hugo Cailhol and myself for the club from the club MJC Rodez CK chaired by Marc Cailhol!



A big thank you to the club CK MJC Rodez who follow me, coach me and supports me since I started!
And I can not forget Mark Cailhol, club president of Rodez, who makes a fool of work everyday!

A big thank you to the General Council of the Aveyron who support me in recent years and allows the kayak to the front of the stage regularly!

I spend my time between work, teams practice in this beautiful sunshine and good times with friends!

Here is a very quiet month of January ...

So I take a little time to post some news of my adventures in the winter around Rodez in Aveyron:
few sessions of kayaking, mountain biking a lot, some pictures, a lot of evenings at the bar, and job history fill the bank account.

What's good with your friends and family, lots and lots of "perfect moment", travel, meetings, and above all be happy!

2010 was a year a bit complicated for me with my left clavicle fracture with a first operation in early March to put a titanium plate, then a second operation to remove it in early December.
But now everything works perfectly and I'll try not to break me in 2011!

Things are moving in the right direction and 2011 will certainly be a great year, we are currently working on some nice projects ... More info soon ...

A big thank you to all for 2010, see you soon at the top or bottom of a river, or over a beer! ;-)

Hey, quelques news de ce mois de décembre assez calme...
La cicatrice a plutôt bien évoluée même s'il semblerait que nous ayons enlever les agrafes un peu trop tôt.
Bref, je suis de retour à l'entrainement, doucement but surely!
And it feels good to get hurt in sports after spending nearly 20 days to do nothing!

Yesterday, Tuesday, I was at the clinic from Rodez to make me remove the plate I had on my left collarbone after rather violently broken into 4 pieces in late February during a trip ATV ...

plate and screws were starting to really annoy me especially with the friction actually!

For now I am resting at home, I keep my staples for 8 days and then I would have Steri-Strips, CA will allow me to have a nice scar!
And then, a lot of physio and ca start over again, at least I am motivated more than ever!
And I'm gonna take advantage of holiday season!!
I feel I can take the kayak mid-January or late January.
